Thanks for the sitting exercises but right now I can't even move without my back hurting worse. I've tried twice ot do PT but the pain was incredible. My doctor said that there's nothing I can do until my back gets taken care of. Thus, a nutritionist said that I have to eat 1000 cal/ day instead of 1200. I didn't do as well as usual last week so today began a new "spark" for me.
