Blah

Feeling a little blah today, think I will just work out more if I am able to. My back hurt all night so I feel all out of sorts. Gotta keep positve, it is so very easy to go the other way for me.

    Don't forget to stretch. Be kind to your back. If it is sore muscles that is one thing, if out and out back pain give your back a break. The old days of "No pain; no gain" are gone, thank goodness. You're really doing great! Listen to your body. Sore is to be expected, Pain not so much! Soak in a warm(Hot as you like it) tub of epsom salts, that will pull some of the soreness out of your muscles. I hope that you are feeling better soon Just my two cents!---Deanie
