Sooo, I decided when I started on Spark that I would create a system of rewards to motivate myself. Basically if I do well on all but a maximum of two days during the month, on the 25th I will give myself something. My first reward is coming up soon! Also, this method has really helped me. One of the biggest motivators for me is to be able to go up to the calendar posted on the fridge and cross off the day before if I did well. So far this month I've only gone over on calories once, so as long as I keep it up for five more days I've got it good! This works a lot better for me than doing rewards based on weight loss because my weight fluctuates so much on the scale.
So what should I do for myself?? So many choices. I think I'm going to go to the spa nearby and get a detox body wrap and a Swedish massage. But I really have to work on drinking water if I'm going to do that, and I'm so bad about drinking water! I need to figure out a good system to make myself motivated to drink H2O!
