I learned from a fellow clover today in my challenge thread, that the first Thursday in February is National Fall off the Wagon day. People start returning to fast food, and stop returning to the gym. Don't let this be you! Celebrate all your victories, big or small. Motivate yourself in anyway you can. Don't be a victim to failed resolutions.
One last tidbit of advice from me today before I go start my day...
Remember, every choice you make matters. Every step counts. Every time you say no to something bad, it helps. Every calorie consumed or unconsumed matters.

Challenge on! My challenge this week is to eat up to 7 servings of freggies. In addition to not eating any junk, I have planned out my 7 items to eat daily to make my challenge. I am interested to see if I have a bigger loss. I plan to eat daily these 7 items: mandarin oranges, small banana, red peppers with hummus, salad, apple, spinach, and green beans. Saturday-Friday.

Breakfast... 17g protein, 320 calories... Don't usually do this, but plan to post my meals today. #Inspriation #SpreadtheSpark
Lunch, 366 cals, 19g protein... Spinach tuna salad, with Newman's olive oil and vinegar dressing, almond butter and apples. And carbonated water, which I drink all day.
Pre workout snack.... Hard boiled egg and dutch cocoa somersaults. 12g protein, 240 cals. (Don't usually eat so many boiled eggs... But Easter.) Gotta put some fuel in the tank!
From my last post. Found in organic snack section in my grocery store. They are delicious.
Dinner. Homemade pizza and been beans. 10g protein.

First major goal met. My doctor ordered I lose 50 lbs last August. He said it might take a year. I did it in 9 months. I'm now no longer morbidly obese. ❤

Huge NSV for me tonight. I haven't been able to shop anywhere except Lane Bryant or Dress Barn plus for 15 years. Tonight, when lapping the mall, I went into Penneys and bought a size 18 jean with an XL top. I tired them on at home, and they FIT. I won't wear them in public until they fit a little better, but they FIT. I AM ELATED.

I could have used alot of excuses this morning.... Too tired, my back hurts, my weigh in sucked, its raining.... But I defied all of them. I got up, I drove to work, I used treadmill for 45 minutes. It wasnt the hour I planned on, but I did it. #RiseAboveYourExcuses

30 Day streak of intermittent fasting: Day 2
I'm eating between the hours of 10am-6pm. So far, so good. Eating dinner by 6 is the biggest struggle. I'm trying to eat breakfast at 10, lunch at 2 and dinner at 5:30. I lost half a pound this week, and I didn't eat very well, I think I can attribute it to IF. Have a great day.

It's been a rough week. I haven't been exercising, making steps, or eating right. It's time to make better choices starting now. Not tomorrow, not next month, not Jan 1... Now. Everyday is not perfect, some you will struggle more and face more adversity. But you always have another chance, in the next moment of your life, to change.

1. Get daily exercise.
2. Eat to plan.
Make plan: CC & IF, daily step count
Time to get to work, stick with it for 30 days, and check progress.
At a gas station like store, surrounded by temptation. I chose a coffee. Even tho its a S day, and I can make an exception, I choose not to right now. #Everychoicematters #NoSDiet
Goal is to hit the next hundred quicker. This one took 19 days. I want the next in 15.
