It's humid and warm with some light showers. We tramped around on beach, with dog, last night got a foor message and a ankle bracelet as added Valentine present. So light hardly feel it. Sweet.

Here we go again. As many of you know I dislike Day Light Saving Time. But I have to deal with it. So remember to turn the clocks ahead one hour tonight before bed. We will be on Daylight saving for 8 months.

I used this bandana face covering yesterday. Someone mentioned it will be good for 4th of July . I sighed with the thought that we will be wearing face coverings this Summer. But the possibility is very real. And social distancing will be the norm.

Here I am on Wednesday evening after my shoulder replacement on Tuesday.
Everything went well;
My close friend Ed is coming over to walk, feed Mitzi . my sweet dog. She loves him.
He makes sure I'm OK and fixes food to eat.
My insurance called and informed they pay for meals to be delivered if you live alone,. So start getting those tomorrow.
I want to thank everyone for the get well wishes.
My Spark friends are the best.

Morning all. It's hot, 84* still dark. Went out to feed 7 hungry cats. One of the regulars was late, but had a new one join the feeding. I always leave food for any straggler's.
I continued to take my early morning 20 minute walk. Will do more to make sure I get in at least a mile , after breakfast.
It's still too early to eat, besides the fruit I always start my day out with.

I was designing some new jewelry. Working with rainbow colors. As I was looking at my guide of colors, I thought it's the colors of the fruits and vegetables I chose from.

What a difference 24 hours make. Yesterday woke up to 46* COLD. Today it was 70* at 4am. A 3 min. shower, sun out. but I'm have relapse of cold. Waek, stuffy head, cough, congested,. Want to be well.

Third nights the charm, got more sleep. My adorable Yorkie, Titan has good days, where he's active. eats. then he doesn't at, is listless. I cry thinking about losing him. Pray he gets better. 
I went out early, walked , didn't drive, swam in pool. didn't want to chance any sharks in the ocean. For the rest of day, I will enjoy the comfort of my A/C apartment.
Once the 14th arrives I will rejoin the population. Ha!!! Ha!!!

I was happy to see that I was picked to be a Motivator in the Community Spark June 20, post., . I want it to be noticed that it's never too late, one is never too old to make changes. I was 68 when I started and now 76. 180 pounds lighter, energetic and positive for a healthy life well into my senior years, which will start at some point. Ha!
I will post that long over due blog today, fill you in on what's been happing for the last eight years.

I have been lucky the bad weather forecast for our area, didn't happen. So have been able to continue my out door walks, and pool aerobics .
If I'm out early it's a little cooler than later in morning. The humidity is high so it feels hotter than it is.
At least it's good for the skin. Ha!

Hot day here in MB. I just returned from pool, feel refreshed. Don't have to cook have left overs from eatting out on Sat. Stone crabs, regular crab, shrimp, even a sliver of Key Lime Pie. Delicious!!

is Titan has endured rain, snow and some nice days walking trails, sidewalks and parks . He's 13 now and tires out so a dog stroller enables us to have those walks, he loves it. Cheers

This is the necklace I made for a customer who saw one for $1500.00 but only could afford $75.00. Previous post shows the inspirational one. Here's what I managed to make for her price. Still used gemstones. Turquoise, jade, carnelian, lapis, and couple silver charms.
I just finished a special order for a necklace. This is the fourth one I made, the others weren't quite right. Although I'll keep two, I took one apart. The first one was too large for the customer. Trying to scale back a piece and keep the design is sometimes tricky. Here's the inspirational necklace customer saw for $1500.00 , wanted me to create something similar for a lot less.
Next post will show the one I made.

Back from a early walk while still relatively cool. It's going to be a hot 91* day. For Oregon this time of year, that's hot. Took Titan so we didn't set any records. Titan loves to stop and sniff trees. No surprise there. Keep house closed so won't have to hook up A/C. Hope all have a good start for the week.

I slept for 3 hrs, feel better, it warmed up so took the tiny terror, out for a walk. The lawn men were doing their thing and it drives Titan crazy, he barks at the lawn mower. So needed to escape. 
Got treatment, Titan got his park walk, but that was all I could manage so far. On antibiotics for kidney infection. Very tired, hope tomorrow better. Cheers

One week into the 4 week radiation oncology treatment. Well into my routine of hospital then park with Titan. We both come home well exercised , little tired. He sleeps, I putter around. Ha! Cheers
