The additional 500 calories are to be proteins and vegetables, so, that should be easy enough. This is a typical lunch for me and it is delicious. Wanted something sweet and chocolatey so I had some vanilla yogurt and added some unsweetened cocoa powder. It was yummy! I hope everyone is doing well and I hope you have a great rest of your day! I make the best burgers but, they're not very healthy. Today my neighbor fired up his smoker and I wanted to get mine going too. But, I told myself to wait. 3 days until my cheat meal and I will BBQ then, I'm thinking hickory smoked pork chops. Until then I will earn that cheat meal and it will taste even better. Started August 1st, finished September 1st, took 'after' photo this morning. Lost 13 lbs while on the program and 3/4 of an inch in my tummy. Here are my 'before' and 'after' photos for comparison. One is exactly .5 miles away and the other is .7 miles away. Today my hubby and doll bug wanted donuts for breakfast. I got them to compromise at 1 each and walked to the .7 store.
