Why? Because I have to answer to one of my students tomorrow. He checks with me every other day to see if I worked out. He tells the whole class if I didn't. I get to add marbles to my jar for every time I did workout. I worked out! Didn't get in my AM workout, but walked away the pounds and lifted 5 pound weights for a total of 38 minutes.Been working out and sweating daily.8,000 steps is my goal. Looked down two minutes ago and saw 9,901 steps. Got out of my bed to hit 10,000 steps!?Still walking while my students are typing. Today I had some kids offer to join me.My knees were hurting when I got out of bed this morning, so I put the Zumba on hold today. Still got my fix though, Zumba music while students were working, and I got in my steps.Regardless of what the scale says, I'm getting a pedicure today.At least the scale moved. Said I was going to aim for 11,000 a day, so far so good!Fitbit blacked out and stopped working today. So unmotivated now. #FitbitI did walk even though my Fitbit didn't count it. I walked all over the building. Internet was down in the office, so I did not have music, but I still broke a sweat. Zumba with the husband this morning.So happy, worked my butt off this week. I lost 3.7 pounds.Plateau busted!Zumba with the husband is so fun. If only he had agreed years ago.Hip Hop Abs today!It feels good to workout, even without the Fitbit.Had to order a new Fitbit.
