One year can make a huge difference!I thought I would do a before and after since my 1 year sparkiversary is coming up in about 6 days. This is about 50Lbs in a year gone. Still have a little ways to go to get goal but I am proud of my progress so far. I have moments were I get stuck but I push past it. If I can do it anyone can!!!Getting my workout done early! I completed 5k and stayed dedicated for 8wks!Today was a beautiful day for a walk!!!🌞🌳🍃🌻Apple trees in the back yard blooming 🍎It's a beautiful Monday morning!!!! 4.24.17Today is the mark of me using sparkpeople for 1 year and following all the way through. On this day last year I was 225.4 pounds and today this is what the scale showed. I have lost a total of 49.6 pounds. I am still on my journey but I am proud of my efforts and plan on continuing on making my life better day by day!🍾🏆❤Love the smell of lilacs in the morning!!!The rose that my hubby got when he was out on the road cause he knew the greenish blue is one of my favorite colors!ðŸ˜„ðŸŒ¹One sleepy pup that is how I feel must be bed time for all of us ðŸ˜´Windy cold walk but still got out and did a 1 mile walk. Gotta keep pushing forward!Shrimp salad is what is for lunch! First time reaching 20000 steps in a day! So tired though good thing it is close to bedtime!!!!A new start these are my before pictures. I cannot wait to see were I will be in May 2018!My fiance and I finished our first 5k together for a good cause... completed in 50:45 could have done better but for someone who does not run I will say I did pretty good.My beautiful flowers that I got from my boys for mothers day!My first 5k done and completed. Be greatful for life!Saw a precious killdeer on my walk today almost had a heart attack cause she was right at my feet before I notice. Took a pic of the eggs super hard to see if you are not paying attention. 5.18.17Today was a great walk/run. I actually got my 5k done in 45 minutes which is 5 minutes less the last 5k which is Great! After that I slowed downðŸŒž5.18.17. Good stats for the whole day and all greens pretty proud of my efforts! Getting ready to run in the rain for the Strides for Clinton County Autism!Walk/ran my 5k today on a sprained ankle. I ha've to say that I have done a lot better cause I went down from 50min to 43. I may have got 5th but still proud that I went out and did what I could!Today I am so proud today this is my 2nd 5k and with sprained ankle and the cold rain I keep going and did not back down.. sometimes we just have to push!2017 Iowa games mud run! Clive IA. My hubby and I had a great time!Woohoo another completed for the year!!!
