on Part of my journey is acknowledging when I fall off the exercise wagon. While it can be painful, part of the process is in acknowledging It and pulling myself up by my bootstraps and getting back on the wagon. By making excuses and not exercising I'm only hurting myself. Being able to take a deep breath and realizing that it happens & forgiving myself. It's part of life and by realizing it I am taking a giant step forward.
