It is same lowest weight as feb 2016 but I kind of fell of the wagon and gained all the way back to 85 kilos. This was my first small milestone to beat that weight. Starting to turn into a serious plateau. Well i have just added a quite vigorous exercise program and have increased protein in the diet. So no wonder this is the result. I had this salad a few weeks ago and I have been thinking about it since then that's how tasty it was. The chef uses plenty of olive oil in it. Very delicious cheese between the smoked Salmon and the bread that you see in the picture. Rocket leaves and Spinach plenty which provides the tasty filling. It all blends perfectly in a delicious salad which is honestly more of an entree than a salad as it is huge in portion and you don't feel hungry after it.See this image largerNothing beats fish as healthy diet.
