#Lowcarb is not a fad or trend diet it's a way of life. Some people, myself included, do not process carbs normally thanks to #pcos and can't just do moderation. It sucks and its hard but it's just how it is.
Beating the carb cravings with a carb substitute. These are basically the bisquick sausage balls minus the bisquick. Turned out really tasty and very filling ??
Quick easy tasty breakfast. Day 5 low carb!
My favorite...pizza...low carb version of course. I heat up a low carb tortilla in the skillet with butter until its crispy then throw it on a pizza pan add toppings and pop in the oven for 7 minutes. Its so good. A great Friday treat!!
Has anyone tried this G Butter? It looks so good and it turns into a brownie in the microwave...
This is really good and I am not a fan of Greek yogurt.
