I started a water aerobics class last night. It was surprisingly more difficult than I imagined. Can’t wait for the next one! This is my first comparison pic. I can see a little difference in the face and around the middle. Hopefully in 2 more months there will be a more noticeable change.
Finally passed the 40 pound lost mark! My weight loss stalled in March when I was home for a week working on my house and I didn’t get any traditional exercise. I wasn’t tracking my food each meal, and that meant I wasn’t holding myself accountable when a single splurge wasn’t budgeted in my calories, and then turned into 3 days in a row. Back on track and on to shedding the next 20. I see my doctor next week and I think he will he pleased with my progress this year.
Earlier this week I posted about hitting the 40 lb mark on my weight loss. Yesterday, I took this picture to compare... I am so thrilled with my progress, and I can’t wait to hit the next milestone!
