another great lunchtime walk. I am really enjoying being outside again! Today walked to the beach and back; 2.75 miles round trip.
today I walked along the river. If you're wondering, I work right next to a rive about 1 mile downstream of Lake Erie, where the "beach" is.
found out that there are walking paths and trails at the "beach" near work. I drove to the park then walked my 3 miles exploring the area. It was a bit cool, but the sun was great!
Another great lunch time walk today - I even finished my first virtual challenge today! Can't wait to get the medal :) Also love how much faster I am getting - 1 min faster per mile since last week!
Got in another 5k this weekend. Always so much fun to get a medal!
