I started this site because I gained a LOT, from a size 9 to a 22. I always put it off to start another day, or another week. But I've done that for far too long. So right after my birthday, I decided, ya know what, it is time for change. So this is it Sparkies! My goal? To see that size 9 again, maybe lower if my body isn't comfortable there. With toning and everything maybe another size, but we will just take this one step at a time. I got down to 195 in 2012 and guess what, it didn't last because the diet was too restricted and not lifestyle change. I am changing the way I live my life, to be a healthier, happier, positive, stronger woman that has it all together. I have started Olympic weightlifting and fell in love with lifting. Gotta keep pushing to find what's right for you and just start and keep going. ___________________________________

Zumba: Shaking my money maker!

Following my own workout routine...
It usually consists of a mixture of the following:

Plank - 1 min
Treadmill - 30 min +
Elliptical - 30 min +
Crunches - 200
Push-ups - 15
Squats - 30

25 bicep
25 tricep
25 shoulder
25 butterflies
25 leg press
