Welcome to my page, this is where the magic happens! I am a mother of two who works in skilled trades construction. I have lost over 50 lbs since joining SP and am working towards a smaller loss of 20lbs to help define muscle, increase my speed and energy and get to the point of maintenance.

Came in around 1800 of over 3000!

**MEC 5K, 06/04/2013: 27.53 - 19th out of 47!

    I "fast" two days a week for the 5:2 Diet. It's not a true fast. I'm allowed 500 calories per day on fast days. You can read one of my old blogs about it here:
