Introduction Text THIS IS MY STORY.... My name is Zenobia Nobie or Zoe for short. I'm 41 years old with a 13 year old son who is driving me to drink ...don't know how mothers of more than 1 do it...lol. About 8 yrs ago in 2001 I gain almost 80lbs when I discovered my husband was having an affair. That fall I went with my sister for support to join weight watchers and within 10 months lost 72lbs. I was hot....lol. I separated from my husband and started my new journey as a single parent. Met and started dating a great guy in the summer of '04 got engaged in '05 and also started my weight gain back journey the same time. By the winter of 2006 I was 210lbs and miserable and when my engagement was off that December I gain some more weight. Food became my new man sort to speak and we had a wonderful love affair until I look at a work photo this year from a party and cried myself to sleep for days because I looked like a big blob. To me no hair and make up in the world could make me attractive all I saw was lbs. So here I am AFRAID, a little lonely and a little sad but ready to get rid of my old lover and man “food” and get back to being healthier and more positive about life. Sorry it took me so long to write this but is hard to face the truth sometimes and I had too do some soul searching to get this out..."letting out a long breath" it's DONE.... AND SO AM I. WHAT 41 yrs HAS TAUGHT ME... Be kinder than necessary because everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle. A sharp tongue can cut your own throat. If you want your dreams to come true, you mustn’t oversleep. Of all the things you wear, your expression is the most important. The best vitamin for making friends . . . B1. The happiness of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts. The heaviest thing you can carry is a grudge. One thing you can give and still keep . . . is your word. You lie the loudest when you lie to yourself. If you lack the courage to start, you have already finished. One thing you can't recycle is wasted time. Ideas won't work unless ' You' do. Your mind is like a parachute . . . it functions only when open. The 10 Commandments are not multiple choice. The pursuit of happiness is the chase of a lifetime! It is never too late to become what you might have been. Life is too short to wake up with regrets. So love the people who treat you right. Forget about the ones who don't. Believe everything happens for a reason. If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it. Friends are like balloons; once you let them go, you might not get them back. Sometimes we get so busy with our own lives and problems that we may not even notice that we've let them fly away. Sometimes we are so caught up in who's right and who's wrong that we forget what's right and wrong. Sometimes we just don't realize what real friendship means until it is too late.

My Goals To be completely DONE with being the FAT girl in the group. Improve my health so that I can live a long and healthy life. Loose 90 lbs and never find it again . Finish my degree in Criminal Justice. Find a new job so that I can change both my life and my son's life for the better (and not just with money).
