My Goals:
run a 5k, get down to 125 lbs, be healthy, be happy, be confident.

My Program:
 try to go running at least once a week, workout at least 3 days a week, eat better.

    Hi Sara! Thanks for stopping by my page with the bmi link. I checked it out and I am at 21.9, right smack dab in the middle of NORMAL. emoticon
    I wanted to give you this link to another bmi site. It has additional calculators such as body fat, resting metabolic rate, waist to hip etc.
    http://www.bmi-calculator.net/ I bookmarked both of these sites, I like the one you sent me better for the bmi cause it gives the actual number. The other site I just gave you the link for gives you the category you are in (underweight, normal or overweight). But, like I said you also get the other calculators.
