Hello everyone! -Thanks for stopping by my sparkspage!

Anyways; Im here on sparkspeople.com for just about the same reasons as everyone else! -I need to lose weight, and keep it off for good! -I am 22 years old and ive been over weight most of my life. -I was always bigger then my older sister throughout our childhood life... and i want to change now! -Its been soo long since ive ever baught a shirt from a regular clothing store... im soo sick and tired of going to the plus size side and looking at all of the ugly clothes they have for bigger girls! -Im tired of being out of breath when i walk with my husband anywhere we go. -I really want to look good for him... he deserves me at his best... and me being over weight doesnt help in any matters. -We are totally opposite. -And no matter what i look like he still loves me...! -Im tired of feeling fatigued and having to worry about my women cycle being irregular for the rest of my life. -I want to find the real me under all of this fat and blubber... -

Im here because im willing to change.. and give up all those bad eating habits and lazyness. -From here on out im going to prove to myself and my family and friends that i can do this!! -

My dad suffers from being overweight, with type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure. -Im soo scared that one day he wont be here with me..-But then i realize... am i going down the same path as what he is?!?!? -YES I WAS!! BUT IM NOT ANYMORE!!! -No matter his problems i will always love him the way he is.. and even after god takes him away from me!

Hope you all will consider helping me along my journey and i will do the same for you!!!

My Goals:

-Eat Less Porportions at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
-Eat lots of fruits and veggies when i can.
-Make healthier choices.
-Be more active and sociable.

Personal Information:
I am 22 years old, and im from Michigan. -I am married to the most amazing man EVER. -He is my rock! I have 1 sister and 3 brothers. -My mom and dad and neices and nephews mean the world to me!

I have one beautiful little dog, and his name is Chico!

    i cant believe how much we have in common, its crazy, im exactly the same with the period thing... its so unhealthy...
    like i said before i have been trying to loose weight for YEARS,
    unfortunately we have to work for it and we need to work hard,,, really hard,,, but it is possible.. look at some of the success stories on this site, did you ever watch the biggest loser...I really think its all state of mind... once you are serious and start living a healthier life style just dont look back,,, i know how hard it is trust me....
    im a total chip girl,, i could eat them day and night but in the end is it really worth it...
    nothing tastes as good as thin will feel... once you get a taste of loosing weight you will crave it, you will want to keep going...
    today is day 2 for me of eating healthy and i seriously already feel better...it hasent been easy but im doing it and im proud of me.... im willing to do this with you but no looking back ok.... i will push you and be a royal pain in your a$$, you must do the same for me though....lol

    As for the gym being to far away from you or to expensive,screw it,, you dont need a gym... all you need to do is move... go for a walk, make up your own exercise routine and dedicate yourself to it...
    check out the exercises on sparkpeople, they are great....
    another idea is to get a pedometer and wear it al day,, try and do 10,000 steps a day, dont go to bed untill you do... make yourself and me a promise.... YOU CAN DO IT....
    how much do you weigh now if you dont mind me asking... i think we are probably close in weight.:)

    o i gotta go to bed now, ive said a mouthfull... ol im pumped, ready to loose this weight..... l8r girl.. xo emoticon

    Hey Jenna thanks for getting back. my name is Holly i am 29 and i live in toronto.... where do you live... i see in your profile we have alot of the same issues.. stress, anxiety. irregular periods.....
    all the fun stuff that comes with being over weight....
    i was here on sp a year ago and i guess you could say i gave up..... i was so motivated and doing very well i lost 30 pounds here with sparkpeople with the support from all the others in the same position as me...
    your definitely in the right place if you want the support and tools to loose the weight...
    i say we do this journey together..... i want to loose weight so bad....
