wooohooo thats a girl... im so glad you got your pedometer.... thats great:) ive done good today, after i got home from work i was absoutely starving, i wanted to shove everything in my mouth but i had some whole wheat pasta and veggies... i was still feeling a bit hungry after so i made myself a fruit and yogurt smoothie... mmmm its delicious and filling too. im exhausted but im still going to do my workout, i think im going to up it by 30 minutes today... push myself a little.
To answer your question about the weight loss ticker... i did loose about 30 pounds last year when i was with spark people.. its a wonderful feeling to be able to go into your profile and change your weight:)
im glad you like the mailing reward idea thing,, it really does help... its kinda exciting, but we both have to be commited.

seriously everyone goes thru weeks where they will do good then like you said bam!! back to the old habits... when your feeling like that you come on sp and remember why your here in the 1st place... your so young and its harder to loose when your older so your should just get er done now. if you dont like the scale then dont go on it,,, i usually dont go by numbers anyways i go by how im feeling and if my clothes are getting looser. you have to remember to that if you are working out you will gain muscle and muscle weighs more then fat so maybe you step on the scale and you gain a few pounds, i wouldnt want that to get you down.... i go to the doctors monthy and get weighed,,, makes me do good all month because i dont want my doctor to be dissapointed...:) i have lots of good ideas, i should stick with them myself... trust me jenna your not alone, this isent easy...
back in september of last year when i joined sp i met a girl on here and we became buddies,, we were both kickin a$$ together but she had a family and work and she was also going to school so she didnt really have the time for sp.... we had made eachother a promise but she couldnt fufill it.... i wasent mad at her just bummed out... anyways my point is.... whenever we lost weight we would mail eachother a small reward... if we didnt loose anything in the month of couse we wouldnt get anything..... but it actually was kinda exciting... lol it worked... she was from the states and she had different things down there from what i have up here in toronto.... it was a motivator... we told eah other we would mail one another sexy tops when we lost the weight and i was sooooooo excited cuz i love clothes but i never got to the point of oosing enough and she left sp for a while... anyways just an idea, maybe once we get to knoe oneanother more... we will feel more comfortable and maybe we could try it out... let me know what ya think k...... have a good day tomorrow, think thin, and eat healthy,,, get moving.. and good for you for getting a 6 inch and baked chips today... small steps are good..... good choice.....
