Introduction Text I've fought with my weight all of my life. Finally, after a bit of help, I have gotten down to my goal weight. My problem is now to stay at my Goal and cut out evening snacks.

My goals are to remain between 135-140 in weight; to exercise three times a week(2 in gym & 1 walking). To take my walking goal from 7 miles to 9 miles and to never go back to being deemed diabetic!

I am going to try to keep my food intake to 1200 or less calories a day with Sparkpeople, exercise in the gym twice a week and walk seven to nine miles every Saturday.

I am a mother of two wonderful children, three grand-children and great grand-children. I live in Kentucky where I transferred for work. I plan on retiring in 5 yearas and looking to become a volunteer my relaxing years!

I WILL lose this muffin top!
