Introduction Text Im a mother of an amazing young man and have a wonderful partner. I work full time and tend at times to foget about about me... actual sometimes I completely neglect my needs. I have been off an on this wonderful site in the past but I now realise that I need to stick with spark people to keep me focused and motivated. doing it alone doesn't seam to work long for me and I really want this to be a life long life style change ... not just another diet that will have my weight going up and down like a yo-yo. I'm looking forward to taking control and being happy within my own skin.

I want to lose 17kg and to be able to look in a mirror and smile. I want to be active and healthy. I want a life style change not just a diet...

I have been recording everything that I put in my mouth. It's a great way to keep on track. To reach 15000 step minimum a day To increase the number of days I exercise each week until I am exercising five days a week and walking the other two days To say only positive things about myself. To learn to love me because I am worth it and I am done being the "fat girl"

Im from Australia - south Australia in fact. A great country that provides a wonderful lifestyle . I love to explore our state and whether in a tent or cabin and being near the beach is definitely my happy place.
