Introduction Text I am looking to lose weight not only to look my best but to feel my best too. I have gained so much weight that it is starting to male daily activities difficult. I can not stand this. My husband has proven to me that with time and determination the weight does come off. Since he started eating differently on top of his regular workouts, he has lost over 50 lbs!!! What a STUD!!! Joining Spark People is helping me reach my goals. Wish me luck!

I want to live a healthy lifestyle so that my daughter will too. I think that this will be worth more to her than anything else I could give her in the world!!! *** New goal: I want to be able to run 8 miles in one hr...currently takes me just under 2 hrs..

Drinking plenty of water and taking a multivitamin. I am also eating healthy (lots of fruit and veggies). I am doing an hour of cardio (either elliptical or treadmill) 6 days a week. For strength training I am working my arms every other day and then my legs the days in between for 6 days a week. I am doing yoga on Sundays and I have been trying to work it in on Wednesdays as well.
