Ok, My story = Well, some of you have been with me for a long time but some of you are new friends. Many of you may not realize my past "glories" (lol) a couple of years ago I lost 98 pounds in one year by exercising and low carb. I was so happy and boy my doctor was happy with me too! Then my Daddy died and my world fell apart. I regained all I had lost and then some. I have restarted my journey as of February 2016. At this point...well I am nearly bed bound, I can barely walk and I must lose weight. my weight at restart is 435 pounds give or take a pound. I really want to do this so that my hubby does not have to be my caretaker anymore.

Sounds like a great plan. We had to come up with over $1000 dollars when one of ours needed surgery and she died anyway. About the same for another who had to be in ICU and he died too.

I know how cats can be, especially if they are used to getting out. So I know you must be worried after that spinal bite. Who could anticipate something horrible like that happening! There are coyotes here and I hear them howling at night and have seen them so we will not have any more outdoor pets even if we could afford them.

    Some people could be given
    an entire field of roses
and only see the thorns in it.

Others could be given a single weed,
and only see the wildflower in it.

    Perception is a key component
    to gratitude, and
gratitude is a key component to joy!

Look for the blessing! Find the Joy
in all the positive steps you are making toward your best
    Self!
    Have a great weekend!

Hubby and I do the laundry together. Basically the washer washes the laundry, and we hang them outside if it's sunny. If it's rainy, then they go into the dryer. Hubby folds the laundry while I iron the ones that need to be ironed (daughter's work clothes, some of his shirts and mine), etc. We both do the dishes, and we both clean the house. I vacuum while he mops and wipes down the bathroom tile and shower doors. It's a team effort!
