Introduction Text Hello & welcome all fellow sojourners on the way to energized living! My goal is to maintain a way of eating & living that strengthens my physical body as God is strengthening my spirit day by day. He nourishes my soul with His Word, and I'm committing to nourishing my body with good food & right living. I love myself because God loved me first! And in Him I find my strength, my salvation, my song, and my self worth. Thank you for Jesus!

Eat whole (clean) foods: Quality Meat. Vegetables. Fruits. Handful of Nuts. Bit of Dark Chocolate. Minimal coffee. Olive oil & coconut oil. Drink water. Sleep well. Reduce stress. Get sunlight. Play!

I am 33 years old, a wife, mother and Certified Holistic Health Coach. I value my curvy body, yet, after having 3 children in only 4 years & enduring a year & a half long battle with personal health issues (2 surgeries, various doctor & specialist visits, and severe sleep deprivation) my strength & vitality has been injured, and my physical body needs a tune up.
