I lost 50 lbs after seeing "3 Steps to Incredible Health on PBS" but have gained back 20 due to binging/isolation. I've started Intermittent Fasting eating 2pm - 9pm most days. I'm excited to re-find SPARK, get more support and motivation, and find all the new resources! I recently watched "What the Health" on Netflix and am committed to eating entirely plant-based for next year to see what improvements are possible. (Go Tom Brady!)

Every day I am learning more, and gaining more skills- using both my successes and my failures to improve and grow, step away from negative thoughts and judgements and stay focused on what is true and beautiful.

 Fast as much as possible, eat healing food, esp. GOMBS (Greens, Onions, Mushrooms, Beans/Berries and Seeds/Nuts) every day, stay plant-based for myself and the planet. Treasure this body, my friends, my resources and this beautiful world!

    The cancer warning is on Pampa Sugar Free Vanilla Wafers: "Warning: Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including acrylamide, which is known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to www.p65 warnings.ca.gov/food." Isn't it crazy that this can be sold? What's even crazier, my husband continues to buy them, "everything causes cancer!"

    I'm living in South Wales. I used to live in South East England. I haven't noticed it being particularly colder in the winter but it definitely doesn't reach the same highs in the summer. And omg does it rain! Wonderful countryside all around as a compensation.

    Thank you for the goodie. I'm actually living in Wales now [or the Wetlands as I call it] but yes, we are fortunate to have some lovely countryside in all parts of the UK. I really enjoy 'Escape to the Country' too. Which parts of the UK would you like to see?
