    Hey, girl! Yea - I'm following spark guidelines as far as habits. Food-wise, just eating healthy. I lost weight on NutriSystem - 3 times!! The first time was 35 lbs of baby weight many years ago and I did keep it off but ended up in the hospital. The 2nd time was a couple of years after my hysterectomy and I gained it all back plus more. Then, about 3 years ago, did it again and lost 60 lbs, then over the last couple of years put it all back on plus some. I was never a fat person until the last few years- I NEVER thought I'd weigh this much or be this out of shape! I have tried Weight Watchers, but I don't think I was learning good habits with it. Spark seems to suit me.
    The exercise part is the hardest part for me. I don't think I have any muscles anymore! emoticon But I am making myself do it. I'd love to be able to run a 5K. Did the C25K program a couple of years ago and really liked it, but it was hard. I gave up (BAD ME) and now regret it.
    As for you - you're really rocking out those workouts!! You should be so proud of yourself! emoticon What day do you weigh in? My day is Mon mornings - this week (my 2nd) lost 2.8 lbs. First week was 8.8 lbs. Feeling positive about it all and I can see you are also! Half the battle is attitude!

    I loved your message on the Boot Camp page. The fact that you have come such a long way and are still fired up is really inspiring. Keep up the terrific work, and please post again so we can "catch" some of that persevering spirit! Way to go. emoticon
