    I'm so sorry I let you down!!! But there is no time limit to our weight loss, so right back on plan, okay????
    I'm still feeling pretty rotten - no energy at all. Haven't been on the scale - just been laying around. Hopefully I can start with week 1 of Bootcamp again on Monday. I probably will not overdo the exercising since just getting dressed in the morning takes my strength! I'm just soooo tired. I didn't get week 4 done at all - so I am just going to start all over.
    Maybe you have been exercising too much - I don't know if that's possible. But you have been so good to keep moving. I think the 3 main points is logging your food, exercising and drinking water. Are you getting your water in?
    I will not be on here tomorrow - but will again on Monday. I plan to figure out my menues tomorrow to make it easier to stick to the eating plan. Also, am going to read through "The Spark" again for motivation. Then, hopefully by Monday, I will be feeling back to (almost) normal.
    Hang in there, girl! We can do this.

    Been thinking about you! Have the flu and feel awful - haven't been on the internet. Just wanted to hop on here to let you know I haven't quit on you! I also haven't felt like starting week 4 bootcamp - but I will. You keep up the good work and I'll check back in a day or 2! emoticon

    Can't figure out why you gained .6 lb - you have gone over and above with your exercise. You are probably right - it is probably just your body trying to control you!!!

    Competition went really well - there were 22 teams competing and my 7 yr old granddaughter took 3rd place in Tumbling Floor Exercises, 5th in the Double Mini, and 8th in Trampoline. The most important part is that she had fun. She loves competing and performing.

    As for what I will do after Bootcamp is over --- I think I'll start over at week 1 again, but will try to up my cardio and either do each day twice, or do an extra video. What are you going to do? Are you going to repeat bootcamp, or just go to a different group? Let me know and I'll check in with it also.

    Been a long few days - going to hit the bed early! Let's get this done and have fun at the same time!!

    I am so IMPRESSED with your dedication to exercising. You are really doing a great job! I'm sure it will pay off when you weigh in Sat!
    Won't be on here much over the next 3 days - my granddaughter has a gymnastics competition over the week-end and we will be traveling back and forth to the meet. Should be around late at night, but will be leaving early in the mornings, so will try to do my workouts in between events.
    Enjoy your "snow day off" tomorrow (if you decide to call in). I didn't do any shoveling (my husband did), and only stepped outside long enough to let the dog do his business!!! I'm sooooooo tired of the snow this winter. It's nice for a while, but we have had so much this year. (Of course, I will be complaining about how hot is it this summer!!!) emoticon

    Weigh-in went well - down another 2.8 lbs (same amount I lost last week). Yesterday wasn't such a great day - and I was super busy. But today is another day!

    How's your week going. I saw in the thread where you have really notched up your exercise! emoticon You are doing so well - you should be pleased with yourself and your commitment!

    We're due for a big snow tonight and tomorrow - I'm guessing I will have grandkids all day tomorrow. Snow days are good days to get a lot done in the house, aren't they? Kind of like - NO excuses! Can't go anywhere so might as well make it a productive day with exercise, cooking and household chores!
