I am from Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.
I am looking forward to this, with all the people that I will meet along my journey. It will be a hard climb to the top of the mountain, but what a blessing it will be to reach the top.
I have been a Yo-Yoer for the last little while, and I need to stop and "just do it" for ME.
I really look forward to joining in some of the challenges on a couple of the Spark Teams. Should be good fun.

Want to get into more exercise. Although, right now, I am doing enough. Hard to do this week, with Grad ceremonies for my son's college. Enough excuses. Back to them Friday.

Ahhhhh, what, can, I say. Had a very sobering Dr's visit Tuesday Jan 4. The results of my echocardiogram were NOT what, I was expecting to see or hear. So with that in mind, I HAVE to do something about my health. So here I go again with Sparks.
