Get fit enough to keep up with my dogs.

Control portions, exercise consistently & explore food groups other than chocolate.

I'm a SWF 60-something native Oregonian. My dogs are my kids & my reason for getting fit. I enjoy gardening--flowers by preference & veggies for health. I love old dogs & old movies, reading British cozy mysteries, non-fiction history, and all-things-dog. I spend probably too much time reading dog training lists, books & Sparkpeople!
