My Goals:
* Begin the Low-carb diet 08/1/18
* To lose at least 16kgs by 15/03/18 for my graduation.
* To weigh at least 85kgs by July for fertility/IVF treatment funding.
* Gain tight blood sugar control with diet and exercise.
* To remove or reduce my medication.
* To gain a fasting glucose of 5.6 mmol/l or under
* Achieve good HbA1c results.
My Program:
* Low carb diet
* Drink lots of water
* 1hr on treadmill twice daily
* P90X workout program
* Weigh in once p/wk (Sunday) & measurements once p/month.
* Review goals & targets once per month due to weight loss/gain.
