Beginning my day with the Word and prayer. Fasting one day a week (J. Franklin) Eatting clean (Tosca Reno) Keeping my calorie range between 1200 - 1500. Excercising 5 days a week. Closing my day with the Word and prayer.

I am from Columbus, Ohio GO BUCKS; a mother of 2 adorable children and a Godmother to 1 beautiful young lady (my childrens sister). I am happily married to my helpmate, the one who makes my yoke even :o)
