Introduction Text I am trying to change my medical future by taking one step at a time and creating more healthy habits.

My goal is to eliminate those things that slow me down and keep me from feeling great.

I am loosely following a program for diabetics. I also am taking one day at a time and learning to enjoy the process. Happiness will ensure life long habits and lifestyle!
