Introduction Text My desire is to be healthy all the way around, so I will have the energy and the ability to help others who are struggling... physically, mentally and spiritually. I believe words are helpful, but showing love and doing something means more and is remembered longer.

~ I have realized that I criticize others because I am very critical of myself. I am going to stop being critical of myself and thus not critical of others will fall into place. ~ I am learning that to be submissive to other people does not have to involve being abused. I am learning that to be submissive means to "fit in" right where I am at.

Healing from surgery is much more drawn out than I had hoped... I have been a "on the go" type person until this injury. Trying to learn how to do life more effectively without complaining so much about the pain. Easy arm exercises along mostly walking. Learning to work through and with the pain levels, so I can be a functional person again!!!!
