“Wellness isn’t about deprivation and it’s not about perfection. It is about pointing yourself in the direction of growth, training yourself to get comfortable with your highest potential, and then taking small steps to support that shift. It’s about showing up for yourself, day by day, and then one day finding that you’ve undergone a transformation.”

"Behold the turtle. He makes progress only when he sticks his neck out."

“Don't wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always
be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. With
each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and
more self-confident and more and more successful.” Mark Victor Hanson

Most people suffer from merely existing versus really living. Don’t get caught in a rut; get
out of it if you are. Explore. Play. Go beyond your comfort zone. Don’t lean on the excuse

“I don’t have time to try new things.” It is as tragic and ridiculous as saying “I don’t have

    Reason to keep going
Just because life has let you down doesn’t mean that you must let yourself down. Pick
yourself up, quickly take a positive step, and know that you’re closer to reaching your
goal than you’ve ever been before.

You’ve been through some of the hard part and already experienced some of the difficulty
you must go through. So keep going, and make that experience count.

Change your approach if that’s what is called for. Learn from where you’ve been, adapt
and adjust your efforts to be even more effective.

Every day, every encounter, and every outcome is a new opportunity to move yourself
forward. Keep yourself focused on the goal you’ve chosen, and keep yourself moving
in the best way you know how.

The disappointments are just as much a part of the process as the victories
. Be truly thankful for it all, and in your gratitude you’ll find a way to put it all to positive use.

Whatever has happened is a perfect reason to keep going. Keep going, and create
the life you have chosen to live.

"At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person. Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us." -Albert Schweitzer
