Introduction Text My name is Sharon and I live in Texas. I am Memaw to six lovely granddaughters ranging in age from 26 to 15 and I have 2 great grandchildren. I've been married over 50 years and have three grown children (a daughter and two sons). I've been struggling with my weight for most of my adult life. I've had both knees replaced, so I really need to get the weight off so the new knees don't wear out too quickly! I'm also a Type 2 diabetic and losing weight helps me to control my blood sugar.

To become healthier and improve my self-image.

I'm following the Spark eating plan and trying to incorporate more exercise into my day.

I live in Texas, am married to my best friend, have 3 grown children (1 daughter and 2 sons), and 6 beautiful granddaughters. I am retired and am learning to live a more relaxed lifestyle.

I love to read, especially Christian romance books. Also enjoy sewing, crocheting, and cooking.
