    Thanks for the friend add... I suggest just start logging your food regularly! Tracking how much you eat is the single most helpful thing I ever did for my weight loss. "Write it before you bite it"!!

    HI! I will be glad to help in any way I can. Maybe we can spark mail and discuss what is working for you and what isn't. One thing I learned is making sure you eat ENOUGH...I know...scary. But I found if I didn't eat enough calories and I worked out a lot that my body went into starvation mode and hung onto every pound. Once I started to eat more...varied my calories..some days high...some days middle and some days low then the weight came off. Make sure that you are entering your fitness minutes and if it comes up that you are over your calories burned make sure you change it and get your calorie intake upped. Sorry to ramble but I have been there and learned the biggest factor in my weight loss was learning how to eat correctly...NOT exercise. Exercise is just the added plus to staying healthy.
