    Hi Elaine, glad you're back running around the pages again!!! So you need a kick in the butt huh? I know, you didn't actually SAY that, but this IS what you need!

    Just a small, itty-bitty goal... GET BELOW 200! This will be all the motivation you need to keep going. I was at 200 just 20 weeks ago. This means you can weigh almost 160 in just 20 weeks, or by Thanksgiving!!!!! If not Thanksgiving, Christmas. How great would that feel? You can do it, you've done it before. Start fresh again June 1st. Change your page, take a new picture of yourself at your "new beginning". Give yourself these next couple of days off, but then start tracking again, every meal, every day. There's just a fine line between eating like you use to and how you eat now, so you don't want to slip backward. You need to keep track.

    There's a new you right around the corner Elaine, make this YOUR YEAR! You'll look back and think, wow, I can't believe I've done it. I wish I'd done it years ago!
