Introduction Text Hello! I am a mother of four beautiful teenage daughters! I work for our schools as a speech assistant. I am here to hold myself accountable in my attempts to lead a healthy life. I have been on Spark for over 10 years! It is a great tool in leading a healthy life.

Short term goals (daily) -20 minutes physical activity -5 servings fruit and vegetables daily -8cups water -encourage one new person -check in with 3 friends daily Medium term goals -make daily goals a 6 week streak Reward-new jeans Long term goals: - Have more energy -Be a healthy example for my girls -keep mobility -prevent type 2 diabetes Reward- reward in itself!!

Eat a healthy balanced diet. Stay active. Get the family involved.

I am a 37 year old mom of four daughters. Working hard to be a good example. My youngest girls are twins and one of them suffered a stroke while in my womb. I want to be more proactive in the awareness of childhood stroke.

I love to read! I love to sew! I am a speech language pathologist assistant and I work at our local elementary.
