Introduction Text I'm Toni and I live in California. I'm 63 and have been married to the same guy since 1965. I have 2 kids and 3 grandkids. I've battled with weight for 30 years I'm sure. I have a terrible time losing it. I hope this time I win because I want to be around to see my beautiful grandchildren grow up. With all the wonderful SP members I have honor to be teammates with, I think that goal is moving closer to reality.

I want to feel better healthwise and how I feel about my self. I want to ease the pain of arthritis and hope it helps some other health issues as well.

I am very faithful in watching my calorie intake. I stretch when I can. My knee isn't healed enough yet to do much more. AND, I'm getting really skinny fingers from all the typing I do on SP....LOL!

I'mToni and my husband of 43 years and I live on the central coast of CA....BEST weather around. We have 3 grandchild who live on a farm in OK. We miss them and our daughter terribly. Our son lives WV(no kids yet). So we have no family around us. I sure miss that support that I know I would get from them.

Our daughter is my inspiration. She has lost at least 80 lbs. and is running in half-marathons now. She's doing great. She is studying for degree in education, working full-time, running the snackbar for games at the high school, taking care of the farm and most important, raising 3 of greatest grandkids you could hope for. She really is SUPERWOMAN!!
