Looking for some great friends! I am married to a sweet, very cute man. We have two beautiful children together! I have 3 wonderful step children. We enjoy exercise and eating good food. We love to camp and garden. We love video games and family game nights. My hobbies are reading, scrapbooking and spending time with my family. I really love the holidays! Christmas is my favorite! Back after a few months off. Gained some back and ready to take it all back off! I feel strong and look forward to my success for 2011! My, first goal is to lose 15 pounds before March 1st, my anniversary with the love of my life!

Fitness Minutes: 6,424

My Goals:
I hope to excercise almost daily and drink A LOT of water!
6/21/10- New goal is to lose 10. I need to do more weight lifting. I will be doing the punching bag at least 10 minutes 5 days a week.
10 minutes of jump rope 5 days a week. 20 minutes on the treadmill 6 days a week. 1000 situps weekly. I really need to drink more water and be very watchful with sodium. I think sodium has been a big issue with some weight gain.


My Program:
6/21/2010- 60 minutes of cardio 6 days a week and addtional exercise as stated above will be my new goal! I need to drink 1/2 my water in the morning, this will help me meet my water goal.



Personal Information:
I am 42 and I just love life and I love my family so much, they are everything to me!


Other Information:
Scrapbooking, reading Joanne Fluke mysterys, video games, board games, vacationing.
