TLARNOLD1974 My morning started out that way. I fixed my breakfast and my coffee Then I did 30 mins of yoga. 30 mins of strength training. Then went to take a shower. I have my in there so I weighed myself naked I was shocked to see it said " 270.8 " pounds. I got ready to go to my doctors appt. so I weighed myself fully dressed and it said " 272 " pounds. At the doctors office fully dressed it said I weighed " 269.8 " pounds. So I'm feeling really good right now. 2541 days ago
TLARNOLD1974 I'm feeling soar today but I did not let it stop me from working out. I sweep my whole house because I have 3 dogs and 1 long haired cat and the house is all tile flooring. I did 45 mins of yoga! I did 30 mins of strength training! I did 4 sets of 15 push ups! I did 4 sets of 50 crunches as well! I try to do this every day. If I'm having a bad day I try to do one of them or some of it. I have gotten to the point I only drink ice water all day. I really have any thing else. If I do it is coffee or hot cocoa or juice of some kind. I try to measure all my food for me and my family's as well. I'm trying to cook more healthy and trying several sparkrecipes as well. 2546 days ago

A few days a go my son and daughter in law lost the baby that was due in Dec. I had my surgery today. I'm feeling soar and sleepy. Which is making me feel even more sad about things. 2547 days ago
