I decided in November that I needed to get back in shape and eat healthier. I am trying to make myself accountable to keeping track of my eating and exercising. I found that this web site really helps me maintain that goal.

My Goals:
I want get my weight under control. My target weight is 150. I also want to feel healthier!
My next immediate goal is to come out of the obese catagory. I am almost there. It should come about the same time I get out of 190s. Goal met!!
I now want to work my way out of the overweight catagory.
The next goal I am setting for myself is to get to 160 pounds.
My February Goals
1. Exercise Daily
2. Stay within my calorie range.
3. Walk 95 miles this month.
My Program:
I have been trying to do some form of exercise everyday. I love to hike through the local metro parks.
