Introduction Text Time to take care of me, eat healthy, lose weight, exercise and get rid of the clutter in my life....one day at a time. I'm a widow with a 28-year old son. I live in Parker, CO with my three dogs (Taffi Mae, Kiera Rose and Bryson Wray. Austin graduated from the University of Central Florida in December of 2012. He moved home in August of 2013 and we work for the same company.. My husband took his life in 2000; nine months after that, my Mother passed away; and three months after that my favorite Uncle passed away; Halloween 2002, our Bull Dog died at home from a brain tumor. Austin and I have had many up and down years, including weight. In 2006, I got the courage to get on track and lost 50 pounds, unfortunately, I gained back 40 pounds and am once again struggling to get rid of it. In October of 2008, the job I gave my heart and soul to for 28 years was eliminated. After being out of work for sixteen months, I returned to work in February of 2010. So no more excuses.....let's get 'er done together!

Go to Weight Watcher meetings, use SparkPeople more effectively and exercise at least 30 minutes a day.
