August 19/09- Well I have been on Sparks for I think 2.5 years and that whole time i went up and down with the same weight between 230 - 245 lbs. That is the day it clicked in me and that is the day I started to focus on me! I will get to my goal! I am determined to get there and I finally know that I can do this! It is all in how I think and react and how I treat myself! Watch out here I GO! It really is finally the time for me to be healthy and active and to feel great!
Stay at home mom of two girls....5 years old and 3 year old. I want to lose weight so I can be around for my girls for a very long time and so I can be more active with them.
I will set a good example for my girls. I want to play with them and not be winded and say ``mommy has to take a break`` I want to be healthy!!! I will be healthy!

My Goals:
I want my weight to be about 150 lbs. I need to lose this weight to feel good about myself and for my girls. I have to keep up with them and to be around for a very long time. I also need to set a good example for them.
My Program:
Turbo Jam, Biggest Loser DVDS, strength training, walking/jogging eliptical.
Personal Information:
I am from Ontario Canada. I am married and I have two little girls aged 5 years and the other 3 year old
Other Information:
I like comedies....a good laugh. I like going out for drinks or coffee with friends. I like to go for long walks and i love to travel when I can especially to Greece. Love reading when I have time
