Ready for a new life

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to stop feeling sorry for myself and to start living. I aim to love my body and be more confident.

My Program:
 I'm trying to incorporate some sort of activity- whether it be walking, biking, or an hour and a half at the gym- every day. It's the food part that's iffy right now.
