The first 5 months using SP, was amazing, and i lost so much weight, but I think I became to complacent, too early. I have hovered around the same weight for way too long now, so re focussing myself again, and using the nutritional planner page again, it was a pain to use, but this was one of the key factors that helped me stay accountable to what I was eating.

So I stand at 185lbs now and gonna make a huge push for the rest of this year to get to 160lbs.

Below is progress from first joining SP.

Phase 1 – Goal = To lose 30lbs

*Week 1 - 17th May 09 - 213lbs (lost 3lbs)
*Week 2 - 24th May 09 - 209.2lbs (lost 3.8lbs)
*Week 3 - 31st May 09 - 206.6 (lost 2.6lbs)
*Week 4 - 7th June 09 - 204.4 (lost 2.2lbs)
*Week 5 - 14th June 09 - 202.6 (lost 1.8lbs)
*Week 6 - 21st June 09 - 200.2 (lost 2.4lbs)
*Week 7 - 28th June 09 - 198.4(lost 1.8lbs)
*Week 8 - 5th July 09 - 197.2(lost 1.2lbs)
*Week 9 - 12th July 09 - 194.7(lost 2.5lbs)
*Week 10 - 19th July 09 - 193.2(lost 1.5lbs)
*Week 11 - 26th July 09 - 192.8(lost 0.4lbs)
*Week 12 - 2nd Aug 09 - 190.5(lost 2.3lbs)
*Week 13 - 9th Aug 09 - 189.2(lost 1.3lbs)
*Week 14 - 16th Aug 09 - 189.2(lost 0lbs)
*Week 15 - 23rd Aug 09 -187.2(lost 2lbs)
*Week 16 - 30th Aug 09 - 185.6(1.6lbs)
*Week 17 - 6th Sept 09 - 185.4(0.2lbs) TOTAL – 30.6lbs
*Week18 -13th Sep09 – 185.4
*Week19-20th Sep09 - 185.4

hovered between 179 and 185 to date.

Time to really shift some dead weight now!

My Program:
I am being really careful with my food intake, and recording my nutritional intake religiously.

I am then going to start slowly edging in a good exercise plan, as I am quite lazy with excercise but really enjoy skipping rope and rowing machines, so will update this as I go.

    Thanks for following my journey so avidly! LOL! I do hope that my experiences, victories, and even trials can help other people. The thing I have learned about life is that sometimes you go through the negative experiences as well as the good in order to better relate to others. I lost 40 pounds at one time and ended up gaining about 15 back before I had a wake-up call and realized that wasn't what I wanted. But what helped me too was that I used to wonder how people could lose so much weight and then go back to being heavier. Well, I get that now. Anyway, thanks for following! Good luck!

    Thank you my brother! I have battled obesity my entire adult life. I've taken off over 100 pounds 4 different times and this is the last. I'm not going to put it back on this time. If I do I'll end up in a wheelchair or dead. I battle on a daily basis to keep it off. It's very difficult sometimes but I am committed to keeping my failures to a minimum.

    Journaling is a great strategy so keep that up for sure. I always try to remember an old saying I once heard... "you can't out exercise a bad diet." It basically comes down to what you put in the old pie hole. I love to workout but I also love to eat. There-in lies the battle...and it is a battle.
