I look like I got into the happy pills, but actually, it's just a good day!
I got this bike on sale. It was half off!
A little comparison... same shirt, a little bit smaller guy

A life long commitment to my health...
Being healthy is not a short term project, but a life long commitment. It makes no difference whether you are trying to overcome leg cramps or cancer, whether you are trying to lose 5 pounds or 500, whether you are 21 or 81 - the length of the journey is the same - the rest of your life. It's a 'lifetime' thing.
You've got to learn to relax and enjoy the ride.

My Goals:
I healed myself of a handful of health issues including GERD, Intracranial Hypertension, high blood pressure, and a pre-diabetic condition by eating only real, organic, unprocessed food.
My goal is to get as healthy as I can be - and to stay that way.
I'm mastering the unicycle and I'm eventually going to be able to do a pull-up.
My Program:
Currently following Jeff Cavaliere's AthleanX
Personal Information:
In 2003 I was blind and in a wheel chair from Intracranial Hypertension (IH). My neurologist misdiagnosed the problem and I was given about 2 weeks to live.
I'm glad that neurologist was wrong!
It was quite a life lesson though.
I want to be as healthy as possible and keep it that way.
I live in Washington state with my gorgeous wife, two kids, Moose the dog, and Pretty Kitty the cat.
Other Information:
Remember:
That weight ticker isn't going to change until you do.
Keep in mind that beating yourself up does not burn calories.
From John Bingham, No Need for Speed:
"Until we exorcise the memories that keep us from succeeding, there's no point in exercising the body. It isn't the added weight on our bodies that keeps us locked in inactivity, its the added weight on our spirits."
From Sean Croxton, The Dark Side of Fat Loss:
"We don't lose fat to get healthy, we have to get healthy to lose fat."
