    Hi I find it hard losing and then gaining again, that is why I formed Tips for Writing, wellness and weight, it consists of writing, and weight loss. I have a co leader who deals with finding new ways to lose and she has lost 39 already, with this new diet she found and is sharing. Also we have beginner writers and professional for those who want to write and get published. So I would think that is a good reason to come visit me by either finding the site or if you can not go to my page and visit and then join if you like it. Hope to see you there
