Welcome to my SparkPage! My name is Savannah and have been with SparkPeople for a long time. As you can see, I have successful lost a bit of weight in college, kept it off for three years, and gained it back in the last few years. Since than, I have changed my focus to trying to live a happy, healthy life with my husband and our kitty! Running is my passion and love doing it when not in pain!

    Yeah, I think I'm going to be on a break for a couple days....but I want to work out with you at the UWS gym and play badminton! We should plan something. Are you free this weekend?

    Yeah, Chemistry. It's going to be a breeze. emoticon

    Guess what woke me up at 6 am, yet again? And then they're doing construction right outside my window, which sounds like friggin' chainsaws. You need a bottle of downers and earmuffs just to sleep around here.

    So, where do you want to meet tomorrow? 10:00 am, right? I live on 22nd, between Ogden and John (just don't stalk me). Do you know where that is? I can just hang on my porch until you get to my house. Or we can meet somewhere. Whatever works...

    Hey Savy I know I say this a lot but look at where both of us started and where we are at now. One day does not a battle win or lose. If losing weight was easy everyone would be skinny. If a lifestyle change could be change to perfection in one try I would be a different person. BTW Thanks u for letting me pass out. I wasn't feeling well. I feel like a pain in your ass all the time but we will work through it. We should play badminton soon. :) Have a better day. I hope you remember not to get upset with yourself because this is for yourself and if you are mad at yourself how will you focus on the positive? Guess I will have to get you mad at me to get u motivated again :)

    Hey girl! Please don't get too upset at yourself. Just look at it like, you cant change the past but you can change the future. So what can you change so that you wont go over again!? Hope you are having a good day. I got my computer hooked up in my room and OMG i am soo happy i did! I missed having it!!
