Do little, metabolism-revving activities briefly throughout the whole day … like getting up to stretch, walking around, side-stepping at your desk, squats during commercials, you get the idea. Sneaking in just 5-minute exercises 6 times a day actually burns more fat over a 24-hour period of time than exercising for 30 minutes straight.
